"Went out on the Columbia with Tony-O the last day of September in 2024. The wind was blowing a bit but Tony got us up river past Cape Horn to the vicinity of Beacon Rock — another guide friend turned around at Cape Horn and went back. We got into fish. Tony knows that river."
